If you are a business leader: an owner, manager or team leader that is facing challenges, moving goalposts and perhaps even frustrations in your day-to-day work …
If you want to be at the bleeding edge of innovation and have a team that runs like a well-oiled machine …
If you want to seize growth, cement your reputation, generate profit, thrive in tough times and be creative in your approaches to problem-solving …
… then you’re in the right place.
I’ve been working over the last two decades to bring an abundance of creative problem-solving skills to teams, implement cultures of change and give good people the tools and capabilities they need to be leading business leaders in times of change.
I’ll help you:
Create better, more efficient business processes
Improve your creative problem solving capabilities
Leverage the collective expertise of your team
Employ greater empathy with your customers
Design, test and Iterate new products and services
My clients include senior Operations Managers at an international logistics company, the Quality and Auditing team at one of Australia’s premier fashion labels, Branch Managers at an equipment rental business, Product Managers at a German auto manufacturer and Customer Service teams at a Big 4 bank.
Many of them had hired outside consultants in the past when faced with challenges, and found that while the challenges were resolved (sometimes), they were often fixed with a band-aid solution: the consultant did the heavy lifting and the client “received” the solution.
That’s where my approach is different.
I give you the means to create the solutions yourself. Both today and in the future.
You’ll learn to fish, rather than hire a man with a fishing rod.
My workshops, coaching and consulting approach is designed to train your people in all of my proprietary tools and approaches so that your entire organisation, from the top-down, get empowered to embrace innovation and design thinking as a daily discipline, which leads to ongoing innovation through design thinking, improved communication and problem solving.
The changes you’ll see are astounding.

How we work together
As a general rule, my clients don’t need long-term contracts, which is why the first step is always a workshop.
Think of it like an intervention: you’ll develop a strategy for the future, so you avoid having your own “Uber moment” (where a startup dislodges you and you didn’t even see it coming), tackle ongoing business concerns and know how to pre-emptively manage each business threat before it surfaces.
And most importantly you’ll have a new set of tools and language to bring to the table to negotiate and to solve problems whenever they appear.

Depending on your immediate needs, after we speak, and if I can help you, I’ll recommend one of the following workshops as a starting point:
Design Thinking Intensive
Lean Change Management
Lead Through Storytelling
One-on-One, Team coaching and Consulting solutions are also available, and it’s sometimes appropriate to discuss those options following a first workshop or series of workshops.
In order to find out what solution will suit you best, and to find out if we’re a good fit, all you need to do to get the ball rolling is schedule a time to talk. No commitments, no fee, just a chance to connect and work out what makes the best sense for you right now.
