The Innovative Leadership program is a 3-6 month, engaging, transformative program with one goal: helping your leadership to break free from a restrictive corporate mindset and instil a startup-like culture of agility and innovation. Each session is customizable to the needs of your organization and involves a range of actionable exercises, coaching, and support.

What’s Covered In The Program:

Learn

Explore the rapidly changing business ecosystem and trends affecting your organization and gain an understanding of the ways your company can approach and overcome these challenges to become more innovative, disruptive, and agile through real business cases.

Plan

Bring your people together for an interactive live innovation session where teams come up with 100s of creative ideas, review the potential for each, select one based on a range of criteria, and then work with designers to come up with a clear prototype for the idea that they can later pitch.

Pitch

Develop the presentation, storytelling and sales skills required to put together a pitch for the prototype that teams will use to present their ideas to decision-makers at the event. Approved ideas will then go through a series of implementation exercises to take the idea from concept to implementation-ready.
